CAMPro 是一款專注於在設計端與生產端之間的自動化工具,針對設計端 EE/Layout 人員提供方便實用的工具,設計者可以 進一步優化並有效率地準備製造所需的資料,以更輕鬆、更高效的方式完成工作!

對PCB 後段的檢查來說,傳統輸出的GERBER加NC 檔代表著「每次」載入檔案後,就有一堆繁複的設定要調整才可以 開始後段的檢查,如底片順序調整,每張底片的特性宣告如正/負片、銅箔層、文字面、防焊、錫膏層…等。要是鑽孔是盲 埋孔更有多個不同層對的NC檔要對應正確,最後搭配另外載入的IPC356檔作為訊號接點的標準,才可以作空板子的 OPEN / SHORT CHECK 短斷路檢查。

所以,現在大多數板廠的後台格式都會以較新、較結構化的ODB++或IPC2581 作為其處理格式,其好處是在其輸出的樹 狀結構(或壓成單一的.TGZ)下,其資料已有各輸出的底片、鑽孔甚至是零件訊號等資料。因此,在空板短斷路檢查或其它 後段處理都能有更好的對應。

基於此結構下,產出了原生的後段檢查程式 CAMPro系列,並搭配 Cadence® Allegro® 的Skill 做最佳整合,讓我們能在 PCB Editor 設定好各底片所需的層面跟參數後,就能一鍵實現輸出到後段的檢查,或是與先前版本(料號)的圖面比對。這對 輸出步驟的自動化、設計資料的可製造性、與其他版本的差異比較,都有十分準確與快捷的進步。

Allegro/OrCAD FREE Physical 17.4 Viewer

The Cadence® Allegro®/OrCAD® FREE Physical Viewer is a free download that allows you to view and plot databases from Allegro PCB Editor, OrCAD PCB Editor, Allegro Package Designer, and Allegro PCB SI technology.

If you are using new features from the Allegro/OrCAD platform 17.4 release, you will need to download the latest Allegro/OrCAD FREE Physical Viewer 17.4.

Introducing the ODB++

ODB++ is a printed circuit board manufacturing database originally developed by Valor. It was created to try to bring some order to the transfer of board data from the designers to the manufacturer. Because Valor also provides the dominant CAM tool to manfacturers the company was able to get the major industry players to adopt their proprietary standard. In recent years ODB++ has become more open after attempts by the IPC were made to replace it.

The great majority of PCB design software (layout) can output a valid and correct ODB++ file. A free ODB++ viewer can be obtained from Valor (Mentor) that allows one to visualize the data.
